Warranty Claim

To streamline the warranty claim process, we have created this online form. To submit a warranty claim, please follow these important steps:

1. Take pictures of the monument in question, including the Remco logo on the back.
2. Gather important information, such as the plot location and a copy of the original contract.
3. Fill out the online warranty claim form in its entirety. Be as descriptive as possible.
4. Send pictures of the monument & a copy of the original contract to Remco via email or regular mail. Be sure to label it with the family name found on the monument.
